1:1 Teen Occupational Therapy

Teen sessions are collaborative and focused on building skills that support independence, confidence, and daily functioning.

Sessions are individualized and may include a mix of conversation, practical strategies, and real-life application based on each teen’s goals and needs.

Areas of support may include:

  • Executive functioning (organization, planning, follow-through)

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Burnout, overwhelm, and masking fatigue

  • Daily routines and independence

  • Coping strategies and self-advocacy

  • School and life balance

Our approach supports teens in building skills that feel relevant, sustainable, and applicable to real life.
