1:1 Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Our pediatric sessions are individualized and play-based, designed to support each child’s unique needs in a calm and engaging environment.

Because every child is different, sessions are flexible and may include a combination of movement, play, skill-building, and real-life practice.

Areas of support may include:

  • Emotional and sensory regulation

  • Fine motor and visual motor skills (including handwriting)

  • Motor planning, coordination, and body awareness

  • Executive functioning (attention, transitions, follow-through)

  • Daily living skills (dressing, toileting, hygiene, routines)

  • Coping strategies and emotional flexibility

  • Primitive reflex integration

Our goal is to support skills in a way that feels meaningful, functional, and transferable to everyday life.
