OT Social Group

Our social groups are designed to support connection, communication, and confidence in a small, supportive setting. These sessions are therapeutic in intention while remaining natural, engaging, and relationship-focused.

Groups are thoughtfully structured but flexible, allowing space for both guided skill-building and authentic peer interaction.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Social communication and conversation skills

  • Flexibility, problem-solving, and collaboration

  • Emotional regulation within peer settings

  • Building confidence and social awareness

  • Navigating peer dynamics with support and guidance

Groups are carefully matched based on age and needs and are led by a licensed occupational therapist.

Sessions may take place within the clinic or in nearby outdoor spaces when appropriate, supporting sensory integration, regulation, and engagement in a natural environment.
