OT Social Group
Our social groups are designed to support connection, communication, and confidence in a small, supportive setting. These sessions are therapeutic in intention while remaining natural, engaging, and relationship-focused.
Groups are thoughtfully structured but flexible, allowing space for both guided skill-building and authentic peer interaction.
Areas of focus may include:
Social communication and conversation skills
Flexibility, problem-solving, and collaboration
Emotional regulation within peer settings
Building confidence and social awareness
Navigating peer dynamics with support and guidance
Groups are carefully matched based on age and needs and are led by a licensed occupational therapist.
Sessions may take place within the clinic or in nearby outdoor spaces when appropriate, supporting sensory integration, regulation, and engagement in a natural environment.
